We seek therapeutic support for a wide variety of reasons. Therapy can help to guide us through the many challenges, changes, and uncertainties that life can present us with.

Issues can include, but are not limited to: bereavement, anxiety, abuse, infertility, divorce, eating disorders, anger, loss, rejection, low self-esteem, self-harm and depression.

​Whatever your reason, the commitment to working on your emotional and mental health is a deeply rewarding one, the benefits of therapy are well documented and can last a lifetime.

Attending therapy for the first time can seem daunting, this is entirely natural.

I offer a safe, confidential place for patients to explore their experiences and difficulties, ultimately working towards understanding, healing, growth and change.

In light of current events, this may involve us talking over skype or other video calls; whichever you are most comfortable with.

We would begin by discussing what brings you to therapy and how we might work together to support you and your specific needs.

Any sessions that we have together might then include a combination of therapeutic approaches including Schema Therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotional Focussed Therapy, all of which I would discuss with you and explain to you.

Our sessions are completely confidential.
